      Well actually, no. Isang beses lang ako nakakain nyan. Yan lang panahon na pinag-pipicturean ko sya. Ermmm…I’m making some strides to change my lifestyle lately. You know…exercising, choosing the right kinds of food, getting enough sleep…the usual stuff. Hehe. Ayun.

        ugh. wish i had as much self control as you. still, i’m trying to subtly ignore ice cream, cake and all those other torture food which seem to be taunting me at home right now.. because the weight is really getting on my nerves (&& thighs!) hahah.

You know, I see lots of chocolate bars inside our fridge, and yet…it seems that I lost the urge (that I had weeks before) to touch them, and binge on them or something. LOL. Oh, and that’s got to be because I’m reading calories now. Hahaha!

In the end, it will all boil down to mind over matter…and for that, you need lots and lots of motivation. So I have to motivate you!!!! Increase your physical activity. Eat less. You don’t have to starve yourself, really. Just eat a bit lesser than usual. And, and…reward yourself with those comfort food at least once a week, but remember to munch it off in moderation. Haha! (I’m beginning to sound like a nutritionist. LOL. Like who am I to talk about these things?! I haven’t even reached my target weight! I should stop this. As in right now.) Well, enough of this brouhaha. (Hey, I’m beginning to like that term a lot now! Brouhaha! Hahahahahaha.)

So yeah. Let’s do this! You can do it, Zee! We can do it!!!
